50 years' anniversary logo
On 13th of November, 2010, Romania and the Republic of Cyprus celebrate 50 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations.

The logo of the Jubilee Anniversary was created by Alexandru Cican, a young Romanian artist whose work in digital graphics ingeniously combines Romanian culture and traditions with his Cypriot background. The young Romanian graphic designer associated the colours of the Romanian flag with the olive branch, a Cypriot national symbol, but at the same time a symbol of peace and interrelationship among the people. |
